Hemozal is just one example of the range of medications available to doctors. While each medication has its own properties, they all increase your blood drug level (BDL). This BDL is displayed directly on your helmet’s HUD, right next to your health bar. As soon as it reaches 50%, you enter an overdose state: your vision blurs, your movement speed drops, aiming becomes more difficult, and your driving becomes erratic. Without treatment to counteract these effects, your character will also begin to take damage over time.

Multi-Tool

When equipped with its medical tip, your Multi-Tool allows you to administer Hemozal in an emergency—whether to yourself or to others from a distance.

Curelife Medical Device

Essential for any healthcare professional, this tool allows users to administer precise doses of any medication and perform in-depth medical diagnoses.

Operating Modes

  • Basic Mode: Allows only Hemozal to be administered.
  • Advanced Mode (F key + switch): Allows you to scan specific body parts (highlighted in green) to view injuries and recommendations.

Dosing Settings

Dosing can be done manually or automatically (note: automatic dosing increases the risk of overdosing).

Personal Use

Press B to administer a dose through your arm only.
